Basic Information
Full bridge drivers, or H-bridges, are what are used in brush motor applications. Each IC has an operating voltage range of 6V to 15V and a maximum output current of 2A. The output stage's MOS transistors enable PWM speed control. Motor driver ICs that have been discontinued can be directly replaced thanks to the inbuilt VREF voltage control mechanism.
