MCT6E OPTOCOUPLER

20.00
The MCT6 Optocouplers have two channels for density applications. For four channel applications, two-packages fit into a standard 16-pin DIP socket. Each channel is an NPN silicon planar photo transistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode.

MIC29302WU

MIC29150/29300/29500/29750 are voltage regulators with high current, high precision, and minimal dropout. These regulators have typical dropout voltages of 350mV to 425mV (full load) and exceptionally low ground current thanks to Micrel's unique Super eta PNP? technology with a PNP pass element. These devices are designed for large current loads, but they can also be used in lower current, highly low dropout-critical systems, where their small dropout voltage and ground current values are significant. Overcurrent faults, reversed input polarity, reversed lead insertion, overtemperature operation, and positive and negative transient voltage spikes are all adequately protected in the MIC29150/29300/29500/29750. The five-pin fixed voltage versions have logic level ON/OFF control as well as an error flag that signals when the output is out of regulation. Low input voltage (dropout), output current limit, overtemperature shutdown, and extremely high overvoltage on the input are all flagged states. If the ENABLE pin on the MIC29xx1 and MIC29xx2 is not required for ON/OFF control, it can be linked to VIN. 3-pin and 5-pin TO-220 and surface mount TO-263 (D2Pak) packaging are available for the MIC29150/29300/29500. Three-pin and five-pin TO-247 packages are offered for the MIC29750 7.5A regulators. The MIC29152 has a 1.5A adjustable output and is packaged in a 5-pin power D-Pak (TO-252) box. See MIC37xxx LDOs for applications with input voltages of 6V or less. Manufacturer:MICROCHIP Part No:MIC29302WU MIC29302WU Datasheet

MIC4576-5BU IC – Step Down Regulator IC

193.00
The MIC4576 is a series of easy-to-use fixed and adjustable BiCMOS step-down (buck) switch-mode voltage regulators. The 200 kHz MIC4576 duplicates the pinout and function of the 52 kHz LM2576. The higher switching frequency may allow up to a 2:1 reduction in output filter inductor size. The MIC4576 is available in 3.3V, and 5V fixed output versions or a 1.23V to 33V adjustable output version. Both versions are capable of driving a 3A load with excellent line and load regulation. The feedback voltage is guaranteed to ?2% tolerance for adjustable versions, and the output voltage is guaranteed to ?3% for fixed versions, within specified voltages and load conditions. The oscillator frequency is guaranteed to ?10%. In Shutdown mode, the regulator draws less than 200 ?A shutdown current. The regulator performs cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown for protection under fault conditions. This series of simple switch-mode regulators requires a minimum number of external components and can operate using a standard series of inductors. Frequency compensation is provided internally. The MIC4576 is available in TO-220 (T) and TO-263 (U) packages for the industrial temperature range.
