Description of? SKY13323-378LF

An I/C switch made of pHEMT GaAs FETs is the SKY13323-378LF. By employing a low loss path (i.e., a positive voltage provided to either the VCTL1 or VCTL2 pins), the switch can be utilised in transmit/receive applications by connecting the RF common port (INPUT, pin 5) to either the OUTPUT1 or OUTPUT2 port (pin 1 or 3, respectively).

On the isolated port, the switch is “reflective short.” The switch is produced in a tiny, plastic Micro Leadframe Package Dual (MLPD), 1 x 1 mm, 6-pin exposed pad package.
