The CA3140 are integrated circuit operational amplifiers that combine the advantages of high voltage PMOS transistors with high voltage bipolar transistors on a single monolithic chip. The CA3140 BiMOS operational amplifiers feature gate protected MOSFET (PMOS) transistors in the input circuit to provide very high input impedance, very low input current, and high speed performance. The CA3140 operate at supply voltage from 4V to 36V (either single or dual supply). These operational amplifiers are internally phase compensated to achieve stable operation in unity gain follower operation, and additionally, have access terminal for a supplementary external capacitor if additional frequency roll-off is desired. Terminals are also provided for use in applications requiring input offset voltage nulling.

The INA126 is precision instrumentation amplifiers for accurate, low noise differential-signal acquisition. Their two-op-amp design provides excellent performance with low quiescent current (175 ?A/channel). Combined with a wide operating voltage range of ?1.35 V to ?18 V, makes the INA126 ideal for portable instrumentation and data acquisition systems. Gain can be set from 5 V/V to 10000 V/V with a single external resistor. Laser-trimmed input circuitry provides low offset voltage (250-?V maximum), low offset voltage drift (3-?V/?C maximum), and excellent common-mode rejection.

The LM311 devices are single high-speed voltage comparators. These devices are designed to operate from a wide range of power supply voltages, including ?15-V supplies for operational amplifiers and 5-V supplies for logic systems. The output levels are compatible with most TTL and MOS circuits. These comparators are capable of driving lamps or relays and switching voltages up to 50 V at 50 mA. All inputs and outputs can be isolated from system ground. The outputs can drive loads referenced to ground, VCC or VCC?. Offset balancing and strobe capabilities are available, and the outputs can be wire-OR connected. If the strobe is low, the output is in the off state, regardless of the differential input.

The LM833 is a standard low?cost monolithic dual general?purpose operational amplifier employing Bipolar technology with innovative high?performance concepts for audio systems applications. With high frequency PNP transistors, the LM833 offers low voltage noise (4.5 nV/ Hz ), 15 MHz gain bandwidth product, 7.0 V/s slew rate, 0.3 mV input offset voltage with 2.0 V/?C temperature coefficient of input offset voltage. The LM833 output stage exhibits no dead?band crossover distortion, large output voltage swing, excellent phase and gain margins, low open loop high frequency output impedance and symmetrical source/sink AC frequency response.
