The CA3130 are op amps that combine the advantage of both CMOS and bipolar transistors. Gate-protected P-Channel MOSFET (PMOS) transistors are used in the input circuit to provide very-high-input impedance, very-low-input current, and exceptional speed performance. INA106 Difference Amplifier IC DIP-8
The INA106 is a monolithic Gain = 10 differential amplifier consisting of a precision op amp and on-chip metal film resistors. The resistors are laser trimmed for accurate gain and high common-mode rejection. Excellent TCR tracking of the resistors maintains gain accuracy and common-mode rejection over temperature. The differential amplifier is the foundation of many commonly used circuits. The INA106 provides this precision circuit function without using an expensive resistor network. The LM311 devices are single high-speed voltage comparators. These devices are designed to operate from a wide range of power supply voltages, including ?15-V supplies for operational amplifiers and 5-V supplies for logic systems.
