MCP604-I/P
The Microchip Technology Inc. MCP601/1R/2/3/4
family of low-power operational amplifiers (op amps)
are offered in single (MCP601), single with Chip Select
(CS) (MCP603), dual (MCP602), and quad (MCP604)
configurations. These op amps utilize an advanced
CMOS technology that provides low bias current, highspeed operation, high open-loop gain, and rail-to-rail
output swing. This product offering operates with a
single supply voltage that can be as low as 2.7V, while
drawing 230 ?A (typical) of quiescent current per
amplifier. In addition, the common mode input voltage
range goes 0.3V below ground, making these
amplifiers ideal for single-supply operation.
These devices are appropriate for low power, battery
operated circuits due to the low quiescent current, for
A/D convert driver amplifiers because of their wide
bandwidth or for anti-aliasing filters by virtue of their low
input bias current.

MIC29302WU
MIC29150/29300/29500/29750 are voltage regulators with high current, high precision, and minimal dropout. These regulators have typical dropout voltages of 350mV to 425mV (full load) and exceptionally low ground current thanks to Micrel's unique Super eta PNP? technology with a PNP pass element. These devices are designed for large current loads, but they can also be used in lower current, highly low dropout-critical systems, where their small dropout voltage and ground current values are significant.
Overcurrent faults, reversed input polarity, reversed lead insertion, overtemperature operation, and positive and negative transient voltage spikes are all adequately protected in the MIC29150/29300/29500/29750. The five-pin fixed voltage versions have logic level ON/OFF control as well as an error flag that signals when the output is out of regulation. Low input voltage (dropout), output current limit, overtemperature shutdown, and extremely high overvoltage on the input are all flagged states.
If the ENABLE pin on the MIC29xx1 and MIC29xx2 is not required for ON/OFF control, it can be linked to VIN. 3-pin and 5-pin TO-220 and surface mount TO-263 (D2Pak) packaging are available for the MIC29150/29300/29500. Three-pin and five-pin TO-247 packages are offered for the MIC29750 7.5A regulators. The MIC29152 has a 1.5A adjustable output and is packaged in a 5-pin power D-Pak (TO-252) box. See MIC37xxx LDOs for applications with input voltages of 6V or less.
