MC74LCX244DW
The MC74LCX244 is a high performance, non?inverting octal
buffer operating from a 2.3 to 5.5 V supply. High impedance TTL
compatible inputs significantly reduce current loading to input drivers
while TTL compatible outputs offer improved switching noise
performance. A VI specification of 5.5 V allows MC74LCX244 inputs
to be safely driven from 5 V devices. The MC74LCX244 is suitable
for memory address driving and all TTL level bus oriented transceiver
applications.
Current drive capability is 24 mA at the outputs. The Output Enable
(OE) input, when HIGH, disables the output by placing them in
a HIGH Z condition
MC78M15BDT
The MC78M00/MC78M00A Series positive voltage regulators are
identical to the popular MC7800 Series devices, except that they are
specified for only half the output current. Like the MC7800 devices,
the MC78M00 three?terminal regulators are intended for local,
on?card voltage regulation.
Internal current limiting, thermal shutdown circuitry and safe?area
compensation for the internal pass transistor combine to make these
devices remarkably rugged under most operating conditions.
Maximum output current, with adequate heatsinking is 500 mA
MC7905CT

MCP2200 USB 2.0 to UART Protocol Converter with GPIO
MCP2200-I/SO
The MCP2200 is a USB-to-UART serial converter that allows USB connection to be used in applications using a UART interface. The USB termination resistors are integrated within the device, which decreases the number of external components. The MCP2200 additionally includes a 256-byte integrated user EEPROM. Eight general-purpose input/output pins are available on the MCP2200. Four pins serve as alternate indicators of USB and communication status.
The MCP2200's control module is its beating heart. The control module connects and controls all of the other modules. The control module is in charge of transferring data between the USB and the UART, and also instruction requests from the USB host controller and commands for operating the UART and I/O functions.
MCP23017 16-Bit Input/Output Expander with I2C Interface IC DIP-28 Package
The MCP23017 device family provides 16-bit, general purpose parallel I/O expansion for I2C bus or SPI applications. The two devices differ only in the serial interface:?MCP23017 ? I2C interface??The MCP23X17 consists of multiple 8-bit configuration registers for input, output and polarity selection.
