LM1085-ADJ (LM1085) – 3A Adjustable Low Dropout (LDO) Positive Voltage Regulator

164.00
The LM1085 is a regulator with a maximum dropout of 1.5 V at 3 A of load current. It has the same pin-out as TI?s industry standard LM317. Two resistors are required to set the output voltage of the adjustable output voltage version of the LM1085. Fixed output voltage versions integrate the adjust resistors. The LM1085 circuit includes a zener trimmed bandgap reference, current limiting and thermal shutdown.

LM1086CT-ADJ (LM1086) – 1.5A Adjustable Low Dropout (LDO) Positive Voltage Regulator

The LM1086 is a series of low dropout positive voltage regulators with a maximum dropout of 1.5V at 1.5A of load current. It has the same pin-out as industry standard LM317. The LM1086 is available in an adjustable version, which can set the output voltage with only two external resistors. It is also available in six fixed voltages: 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, 3.45V and 5.0V. The fixed versions integrate the adjust resistors. The LM1086 circuit includes a zener trimmed bandgap reference, current limiting and thermal shutdown.

The REF03 precision voltage reference provides a stable 2.5 V output, with minimal change for variations in supply voltage, ambient temperature, or loading conditions. Single-supply operation over an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 33 V with a current drain of 1 mA and good temperature stability is achieved using an improved band gap design. Primarily targeted at price sensitive applications, the REF03 is available in plastic mini DIPs and surface-mount small outline plastic packages. For improved performance or ?40?C to 125?C operation, see the ADR03 data sheet.

The LM118 series are precision high speed ? 15 MHz Small Signal Bandwidth operational amplifiers designed for applications ? Ensured 50V/?s Slew Rate requiring wide bandwidth and high slew rate. They ? Maximum Bias Current of 250 nA feature a factor of ten increase in speed over general purpose devices without sacrificing DC performance. ? Operates from Supplies of ?5V to ?20V ? Internal Frequency Compensation The LM118 series has internal unity gain frequency compensation. This considerably simplifies its ? Input and Output Overload Protected application since no external components are ? Pin Compatible with General Purpose Op necessary for operation. However, unlike most Amps internally compensated amplifiers, external frequency compensation may be added for optimum performance. For inverting applications, feedforward compensation will boost the slew rate to over 150V/?s and almost double the bandwidth. Overcompensation can be used with the amplifier for greater stability when maximum bandwidth is not needed. Further, a single capacitor can be added to reduce the 0.1% settling time to under 1 ?s.

The LM119 series are precision high-speed dual comparators fabricated on a single monolithic chip. They are designed to operate over a wide range of supply voltages down to a single 5-V logic supply and ground. They have higher gain and lower input currents than devices such as the LM710. The uncommitted collector of the output stage makes the LM119 compatible with RTL, DTL, and TTL, as well as capable of driving lamps and relays at currents of up to 25 mA. The LM319A offers improved precision over the standard LM319, with tighter tolerances on offset voltage, offset current, and voltage gain.
