Description :
The TPS65951A1ZWSR gadget is a power management IC for portable cell phones that are powered by cobalt-nickel-manganese or lithium-ion batteries. It can be linked to a modem or an application processor. The OMAP processor devices’ unique power needs are supported by this customized power-management IC. Numerous buck converters, low dropout (LDO) regulators, a battery charger interface, and a slew of other features and capabilities are all found in the it. The TPS65951’s audio component consists of a full audio module that includes audio codecs, digital filters, input pre-amplifiers/amplifiers, and class D output amplifiers.

The TNY268PN integrates a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, high voltage switched current source, current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry onto a monolithic device. The start-up and operating power are derived directly from the voltage on the DRAIN pin, eliminating the need for a bias winding and associated circuitry. In addition, the TNY268PN incorporates auto-restart, line under voltage sense, and frequency jittering.
