A singlepole, double-throw (SPDT) CMOS silicon-on-insulator (SOI) WCDMA band switch is the SKY13374-397LF. The device is the best option for medium to high power WCDMA handset and data card applications because to its high-linearity performance and minimal insertion loss.
Excellent WCDMA harmonic and adjacent channel power (ACP) performance is made possible by the high 0.1 dB input compression point (IP0.1dB) and sophisticated proprietary production technique.
The WCDMA bands 1 to 6 and 8 to 11 preserve excellent insertion loss and isolation.
For convenience of manufacture, the SKY13374-397LF SPDT switch is offered in a small Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) 2 x 2 mm package with 0.5 mm lead pitch.
