6N136 OPTOCOUPLER
The 6N136 is an? optocoupler with a GaAIAs infrared emitting diode, optically coupled with an integrated photo detector which consists of a photo diode and a high-speed transistor in a DIP-8 plastic package. Signals can be transmitted between two electrically separated circuits up to frequencies of 2 MHz.
CNY17-3 OPTOCOUPLER
The CNY17 is an optically coupled pair consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a silicon NPN phototransitor. Signal information, including a DC level, can be transmitted by the device while maintaining a high degree of electrical isolation between input and output.
CNY74-2 CHANNEL OPTOCOUPLER
The CNY74-2 consist of a photo transistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in an 8-lead, resp. 16-lead plastic dual inline package. The elements are mounted on one lead frame using a co planar technique, providing a fixed distance between input and output for highest safety requirements.
