Description
The voltage regulator supports 2.5V to 13.2V input, with very low dropout (100 mV @ 100 mA), low quiescent current (55 µA typ.), and ±2.0% output voltage tolerance @ 25°C. It provides 200 mA output current, adjustable voltages from 1.2V to 12V, electronic shutdown, and thermal limiting in compact SOT23-5L, SOT323-5L, SOT-89, and DFN6-1.2×1.3 packages, ideal for industrial and automotive applications from -40°C to 125°C.
