The INA106 is a monolithic Gain = 10 differential amplifier consisting of a precision op amp and on-chip metal film resistors. The resistors are laser trimmed for accurate gain and high common-mode rejection. Excellent TCR tracking of the resistors maintains gain accuracy and common-mode rejection over temperature. The differential amplifier is the foundation of many commonly used circuits. The INA106 provides this precision circuit function without using an expensive resistor network. The INA106 is available in 8-pin plastic DIP and SO-8 surface-mount packages.

The INA128 is low-power, general purpose instrumentation amplifiers offering excellent accuracy. The versatile 3-op amp design and small size make these amplifiers ideal for a wide range of applications. Current-feedback input circuitry provides wide bandwidth even at high gain (200 kHz at G = 100). A single external resistor sets any gain from 1 to 10,000. The INA128 provides an industry-standard gain equation. The INA128 is available in 8-pin plastic DIP and SO-8 surface-mount packages, specified for the ?40?C to 85?C temperature range. The INA128 is also available in a dual configuration, the INA2128.

The LM339? consists of four independent precision voltage comparators with an offset voltage specification as low as 2 mV max for all four comparators. These were designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible and the low power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage. These comparators also have a unique characteristic in that the input common-mode voltage range includes ground, even though operated from a single power supply voltage. Application areas include limit comparators, simple analog to digital converters; pulse, square wave and time delay generators; wide range VCO; MOS clock timers; multi vibrators and high voltage digital logic gates. When operated from both plus and minus power supplies, they will directly interface with MOS logic ? where the low power drain of the LM339 is a distinct advantage over standard comparators.
