CA3140 BiMOS Op-Amp IC DIP-8
The CA3140 are integrated circuit operational amplifiers that combine the advantages of high voltage PMOS transistors with high voltage bipolar transistors on a single monolithic chip. The CA3140 BiMOS operational amplifiers feature gate protected MOSFET (PMOS) transistors in the input circuit to provide very high input impedance, very low input current, and high speed performance. The CA3140 operate at supply voltage from 4V to 36V (either single or dual supply). These operational amplifiers are internally phase compensated to achieve stable operation in unity gain follower operation, and additionally, have access terminal for a supplementary external capacitor if additional frequency roll-off is desired. The INA125 is a low power, high accuracy instrumentation amplifier with a precision voltage reference. It provides complete bridge excitation and precision differential-input amplification on a single integrated circuit. A single external resistor sets any gain from 4 to 10,000. The INA125 is laser-trimmed for low offset voltage (250?V), low offset drift (2?V/?C), and high common-mode rejection (100dB at G = 100). LM311 Voltage Comparator IC DIP-8
The LM311 devices are single high-speed voltage comparators. These devices are designed to operate from a wide range of power supply voltages, including ?15-V supplies for operational amplifiers and 5-V supplies for logic systems. The output levels are compatible with most TTL and MOS circuits. These comparators are capable of driving lamps or relays and switching voltages up to 50 V at 50 mA. All inputs and outputs can be isolated from system ground. The outputs can drive loads referenced to ground, VCC or VCC?. Offset balancing and strobe capabilities are available, and the outputs can be wire-OR connected. If the strobe is low, the output is in the off state, regardless of the differential input.
LM346N Programmable Quad Bipolar Operational Amplifier IC DIP-16
The LM346 consists of four independent, high gain, internally compensated, low power programmable amplifiers. Two external resistors (Rset) allow the user to program the gain-bandwith product, slew rate, supply current, input bias current, input offset current and input noise. For example the user can trade-off supply current for bandwidth or optimize noise figure for a given source resistance. In a similar way other amplifier characteristics can be tailored to the application. Except for the two programming pins at the end of the package the LM346 pin out is the same as the LM324 and LM348
LM741 UA741 General Purpose Op-Amp IC DIP-8
The 741 series are general-purpose operational ?amplifier which features improved performance over industry standards like LM709. They are direct, Exceeded plug-in replacements for the 709C, LM201, MC1439, and 748 in most applications.
