ILD74
The ILD74, ILQ74 is an optically coupled pair with a GaAIAs
infrared LED and a silicon NPN phototransistor. Signal
information, including a DC level, can be transmitted by the
device while maintaining a high degree of electrical isolation
between input and output.
The ILD74, ILQ74 is especially for driving medium-speed
logic, where it may be used to eliminate troublesome ground
loop and noise problems. Also it can be used to replace
relays and transformers in many digital interface
applications, as well as analog applications such as CTR
modulation
ILQ621
The ILD621/ILQ621 and ILD621GB/ILQ621GB are
multi-channel phototransistor optocouplers that use GaAs
IRLED emitters and high gain NPN silicon phototransistors.
These devices are constructed using double molded
insulation technology. This assembly process offers a
withstand test voltage of 7500 VDC.
The ILD621/ILQ621GB is well suited for CMOS interfacing
given the CTRCEsat of 30 % minimum at IF of 1.0 mA. High
gain linear operation is guaranteed by a minimum CTRCE of
100 % at 5.0 mA. The ILD/Q621 has a guaranteed CTRCE
50 % minimum at 5.0 mA. The transparent ion shield insures
stable DC gain in applications such as power supply
feedback circuits, where constant DC VIO voltages are
present.

Typical applications are Notebook, Subnotebook and Palmtop Computers, Battery Powered Equipment, Hand-Held Equipment, Peripherals and Printers. ILX3232D DatasheetINA117P
The INA117 is a precision unity-gain difference
amplifier with very high common-mode input voltage
range. It is a single monolithic IC consisting of a
precision op amp and integrated thin-film resistor
network. It can accurately measure small differential
voltages in the presence of common-mode signals up
to ?200V. The INA117 inputs are protected from
momentary common-mode or differential overloads
up to ?500V
INA121UA
The INA121 is a FET-input, low power instrumentation amplifier offering excellent accuracy. Its versatile
three-op amp design and very small size make it ideal
for a variety of general purpose applications. Low bias
current (?4pA) allows use with high impedance
sources.
Gain can be set from 1V to 10,000V/V with a single
external resistor. Internal input protection can withstand up to ?40V without damage.
INA132U
The INA132 is a low power, unity-gain differential
amplifier consisting of a precision op amp with a
precision resistor network. The on-chip resistors are
laser trimmed for accurate gain and high commonmode rejection. Excellent TCR tracking of the resistors maintains gain accuracy and common-mode rejection over temperature. The internal op amp?s common-mode range extends to the negative supply?
ideal for single-supply applications. It operates on
single (2.7V to 36V) or dual supplies (?1.35V to
?18V).
INA137UA
The INA137 and INA2137 are differential line receivers
consisting of high performance op amps with on-chip
precision resistors. They are fully specified for high
performance audio applications and have excellent ac
specifications, including low distortion (0.0005% at
1kHz) and high slew rate (14V/?s), assuring good
dynamic response. In addition, wide output voltage
swing and high output drive capability allow use in a
wide variety of demanding applications. The dual version features completely independent circuitry for lowest crosstalk and freedom from interaction, even when
overdriven or overloaded.
INA139NA/250
The device converts a differential input voltage to a
current output. This current is converted back to a
voltage with an external load resistor that sets any
gain from 1 to over 100. Although designed for
current shunt measurement, the circuit invites
creative applications in measurement and level
shifting.
Both the INA139 and INA169 are available in 5-pin
SOT-23 packages. The INA139 device is specified for
the ?40?C to 125?C temperature range, and the
INA169 is specified from ?40?C to 85?C.
INA155UA-ND
The INA155 is a low-cost CMOS instrumentation
amplifier with rail-to-rail output swing optimized for
low voltage, single-supply operation.
Wide bandwidth (550kHz in G = 10) and high slew
rate (6.5V/?s) make the INA155 suitable for driving
sampling A/D converters as well as general purpose
and audio applications. Fast settling time allows use
with higher speed sensors and transducers and rapid
scanning data acquisition systems.
INA163UA
The INA163 is a very low-noise, low-distortion, monolithic instrumentation amplifier. Its current-feedback
circuitry achieves very wide bandwidth and excellent
dynamic response over a wide range of gain. It is ideal
for low-level audio signals such as balanced lowimpedance microphones. Many industrial, instrumentation, and medical applications also benefit from its
low noise and wide bandwidth.
Unique distortion cancellation circuitry reduces distortion to extremely low levels, even in high gain. The
INA163 provides near-theoretical noise performance
for 200? source impedance. Its differential input, low
noise, and low distortion provide superior performance
in professional microphone amplifier applications
