ULN2003A
The ULN2001, ULN2002, ULN2003 and ULN
2004 are high-voltage, high-current Darlington
arrays each containing seven open collector
Darlington pairs with common emitters. Each
channel is rated at 500 mA and can withstand
peak currents of 600 mA. Suppression diodes are
included for inductive load driving and the inputs
are pinned opposite the outputs to simplify board
layout

W25Q16JVSNIQ
The W25Q16JV (16M-bit) Serial Flash memory is designed for systems with limited space, pins, or power. The 25Q series goes above and beyond standard Serial Flash devices in terms of versatility and performance. They're great for shadowing code to RAM, running code straight from Dual/Quad SPI(XIP), and storing speech, text, and data. The gadget runs on a single 2.7V to 3.6V power source, with power-down current usage as low as 1 A.
The W25Q16JVarray is divided into 8,192 256-byte programmable pages. At a time, up to 256 bytes can be programmed. Pages can be wiped in groups of 16 (4KB sector erase), 128 (32KB block erase), 256 (64KB block erase), or the whole chip can be erased (chip erase). There are 512 erasable sectors and 32 erasable blocks on the W25Q16JV. The tiny 4KB sectors provide for more flexibility in data and criterion storage applications.
The W25Q16JV supports the industry-standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) as well as a high-performance Dual/Quad I/O SPI: Serial Clock, Chip Select, Serial Data I/O0 (DI), I/O1 (DO), I/O2, and I/O3. When employing the Fast Read Dual/Quad I/O instructions, SPI clock frequencies up to 133MHz are allowed, giving equivalent clock rates of 266MHz(133MHzx 2) for Dual I/O and 532MHz(133MHzx 4) for Quad I/O. Conventional Asynchronous 8 and 16-bit Parallel Flash memory can't compete with these transfer speeds
