SOLDERING: Preheating to 100 ĢC for 45 sec. max. Keep flux flush
with top surface of PCB; do not apply to component side of PCB
and area where terminals are located. Soldering to 255 ĢC for 5 sec.

The REF01 is industry-standard precision voltage references. The stable 10V output of the REF01 can be adjusted over a ?6% range with minimal effect on temperature stability. REF02 IC – 5V Precision Voltage Reference IC
The REF02 are industry-standard precision voltage references. The 5V output REF02 can also be adjusted over a ?6% range. The 5V REF02 has a single-supply operation over an input voltage range of 7V to 33V. Both devices offer a low-current drain of 1mA. The REF02 also provides a TEMP pin whose output voltage varies linearly with temperature, making this device suitable for a wide variety of temperature-sensing and control applications. REF02AP
The REF02 is a precision 5V voltage reference. The drift is
laser trimmed to 10ppm/?C max over the extended industrial
and military temperature range. The REF02 provides a stable
5V output that can be externally adjusted over a ?6% range
with minimal effect on temperature stability. The REF02
operates from a single supply with an input range of 8V to 40V
with a very low current drain of 1mA, and excellent temperature
stability due to an improved design. Excellent line and load
regulation, low noise, low power, and low cost make the
REF02 the best choice whenever a 5V voltage reference is
required. Available package options are DIP-8 and SO-8. The
REF02 is an ideal choice for portable instrumentation,
temperature transducers, Analog-to-Digital (A/D) and Digitalto-Analog (D/A) converters, and digital voltmeters.
