MAX510ACWE
The MAX509/MAX510 are quad, serial-input, 8-bit voltage-output digital-to-analog converters (DACs). They
operate with a single 5V supply or dual ?5V supplies.
Internal, precision buffers swing rail-to-rail. The reference input range includes both supply rails.
The MAX509 has four separate reference inputs, allowing each DAC's full-scale range to be set independently.
20-pin DIP, SSOP, and SO packages are available. The
MAX510 is identical to the MAX509 except it has two reference inputs, each shared by two DACs. The MAX510
is housed in space-saving 16-pin DIP and SO packages.

MAX660M
The MAX660 CMOS charge-pump voltage converter
is a versatile unregulated switched-capacitor inverter
or doubler. Operating from a wide 1.5-V to 5.5-V
supply voltage, the MAX660 uses two low-cost
capacitors to provide 100 mA of output current
without the cost, size and EMI related to inductorbased converters. With an operating current of only
120 ?A and operating efficiency greater than 90% at
most loads, the MAX660 provides ideal performance
for battery-powered systems. MAX660 devices can
be operated directly in parallel to lower output
impedance, thus providing more current at a given
voltage
MAX662ACSA
The MAX662A is a regulated 12V, 30mA-output, chargepump DC-DC converter. It provides the necessary 12V
?5% output to program byte-wide flash memories, and
requires no inductors to deliver a guaranteed 30mA output from inputs as low as 4.75V. It fits into less than 0.1in2
of board space. The MAX662A is a pin-compatible
upgrade to the MAX662, and is recommended for new
designs. The MAX662A offers lower quiescent and shutdown currents, and guarantees the output current over all
temperature ranges.
The MAX662A is the first charge-pump boost converter to
provide a regulated 12V output. It requires only a few
inexpensive capacitors, and the entire circuit is completely surface-mountable
MAX689CSA
The 3.3V MAX687 automatically shuts down whenever
the output voltage drops below 2.96V. An internal
power-fail comparator also monitors the output and provides an early warning of low output voltage before the
device shuts down. When shut down, the output is
latched off until the ON input is pulsed. Turning off the
power supply in this way prevents battery damage due
to excessive discharge or cell-reversal. Typical applications include portable telephones and other battery-powered equipment where the power supply must be
disabled when the battery voltage is low.
MAX690AESA
MAX690A/MAX692A/MAX802L/MAX802M/MAX805L reduce the complication and quantity of materials necessary for power-supply monitoring and battery-control operations. When compared to separate ICs or discrete components, they significantly increase system dependability and precision. These components provide four purposes: 1) During power-up, power-down, and brownout scenarios, a reset output is provided. 2) Battery-backed logic switching for CMOS RAM, CMOSP, and other low-power logic. 3) If the optional watchdog timer has not been toggled within 1.6 seconds, a reset pulse is sent. 4) A 1.25V threshold sensor for power-failure detection, low-battery detection, or monitoring a power supply other than 5V. The reset-voltage threshold levels and reset outputs of the parts differ. When the supply voltage dips below 4.65V, the MAX690A/MAX802L/MAX805L generate a reset pulse, while the MAX692A/MAX802M produce a reset pulse once the supply voltage goes below 4.40V.
