MAX490EPA
These transceivers draw between 120?A and 500?A of
supply current when unloaded or fully loaded with disabled
drivers. Additionally, the MAX481, MAX483, and MAX487
have a low-current shutdown mode in which they consume
only 0.1?A. All parts operate from a single 5V supply.
Drivers are short-circuit current limited and are protected
against excessive power dissipation by thermal shutdown
circuitry that places the driver outputs into a high-impedance state. The receiver input has a fail-safe feature that
guarantees a logic-high output if the input is open circuit
MAX491ESD
The MAX481, MAX483, MAX485, MAX487?MAX491, and
MAX1487 are low-power transceivers for RS-485 and RS422 communication. Each part contains one driver and one
receiver. The MAX483, MAX487, MAX488, and MAX489
feature reduced slew-rate drivers that minimize EMI and
reduce reflections caused by improperly terminated cables,
thus allowing error-free data transmission up to 250kbps.
The driver slew rates of the MAX481, MAX485, MAX490,
MAX491, and MAX1487 are not limited, allowing them to
transmit up to 2.5Mbps.

MAX492CSA
The dual MAX492, quad MAX494, and single MAX495
operational amplifiers combine excellent DC accuracy
with rail-to-rail operation at the input and output. Since
the common-mode voltage extends from VCC to VEE,
the devices can operate from either a single supply
( 2.7V to 6V) or split supplies (?1.35V to ?3V). Each
op amp requires less than 150?A supply current. Even
with this low current, the op amps are capable of driving
a 1k? load, and the input referred voltage noise is only
25nV/?Hz. In addition, these op amps can drive loads in
excess of 1nF.
MAX510ACWE
The MAX509/MAX510 are quad, serial-input, 8-bit voltage-output digital-to-analog converters (DACs). They
operate with a single 5V supply or dual ?5V supplies.
Internal, precision buffers swing rail-to-rail. The reference input range includes both supply rails.
The MAX509 has four separate reference inputs, allowing each DAC's full-scale range to be set independently.
20-pin DIP, SSOP, and SO packages are available. The
MAX510 is identical to the MAX509 except it has two reference inputs, each shared by two DACs. The MAX510
is housed in space-saving 16-pin DIP and SO packages.

MAX660M
The MAX660 CMOS charge-pump voltage converter
is a versatile unregulated switched-capacitor inverter
or doubler. Operating from a wide 1.5-V to 5.5-V
supply voltage, the MAX660 uses two low-cost
capacitors to provide 100 mA of output current
without the cost, size and EMI related to inductorbased converters. With an operating current of only
120 ?A and operating efficiency greater than 90% at
most loads, the MAX660 provides ideal performance
for battery-powered systems. MAX660 devices can
be operated directly in parallel to lower output
impedance, thus providing more current at a given
voltage
MAX662ACSA
The MAX662A is a regulated 12V, 30mA-output, chargepump DC-DC converter. It provides the necessary 12V
?5% output to program byte-wide flash memories, and
requires no inductors to deliver a guaranteed 30mA output from inputs as low as 4.75V. It fits into less than 0.1in2
of board space. The MAX662A is a pin-compatible
upgrade to the MAX662, and is recommended for new
designs. The MAX662A offers lower quiescent and shutdown currents, and guarantees the output current over all
temperature ranges.
The MAX662A is the first charge-pump boost converter to
provide a regulated 12V output. It requires only a few
inexpensive capacitors, and the entire circuit is completely surface-mountable
