LT1121CS8-3.3
The LT?1121/LT1121-3.3/LT1121-5 are micropower low
dropout regulators with shutdown. These devices are capable of supplying 150mAof output currentwith a dropout
voltage of 0.4V. Designed for use in battery-powered systems, the lowquiescent current, 30?A operating and 16?A
in shutdown, makes them an ideal choice. The quiescent
current is well-controlled; it does not rise in dropout as it
does with many other low dropout PNP regulators.
LT1170HVCT
The LT?1170/LT1171/LT1172 are monolithic high powerswitching regulators. They can be operated in all standard
switching configurations including buck, boost, flyback,
forward, inverting and ?Cuk.? A high current, high efficiency
switch is included on the die along with all oscillator, control and protection circuitry. Integration of all functions
allows the LT1170/LT1171/LT1172 to be built in a standard
5-pin TO-3 or TO-220 power package as well as the 8-pin
packages (LT1172). This makes them extremely easy to
use and provides ?bust proof? operation similar to that
obtained with 3-pin linear regulators

LT1173CN8
The LT1173 is a versatile micropower DC-DC converter.
The device requires only three external components to
deliver a fixed output of 5V or 12V. Supply voltage ranges
from 2.0V to 12V in step-up mode and to 30V in step-down
mode. The LT1173 functions equally well in step-up, stepdown or inverting applications.
The LT1173 consumes just 110?A supply current at
standby, making it ideal for applications where low quiescent current is important. The device can deliver 5V at
80mA from a 3V input in step-up mode or 5V at 200mA
from a 12V input in step-down mode.
LT1180ACSW
The LT?
1180A/LT1181A are dual RS232 driver/receiver
pairs with integral charge pump to generate RS232 voltage levels from a single 5V supply. These circuits feature
rugged bipolar design to provide operating fault tolerance
and ESD protection unmatched by competing CMOS
designs. Using only 0.1?F external capacitors, these circuits consume only 40mW of power, and can operate to
120k baud even while driving heavy capacitive loads. New
ESD structures on the chip allow the LT1180A/LT1181A to
survive multiple ?10kV strikes, eliminating the need for
costly TransZorbs?
on the RS232 line pins. The LT1180A/
LT1181A are fully compliant with EIA RS232 standards.
Driver outputs are protected from overload, and can be
shorted to ground or up to ?30V without damage. During
shutdown or power-off conditions, driver and receiver
outputs are in a high impedance state, allowing line
sharing.
LT1185CT#30
The LT?
1185 is a 3A low dropout regulator with adjustable
current limit and remote sense capability. It can be used as
a positive output regulator with floating input or as a
standard negative regulator with grounded input. The
output voltage range is 2.5V to 25V, with ?1% accuracy on
the internal reference voltage.
LT1302CS8
The LT?
1302/LT1302-5 are micropower step-up DC/DC
converters that maintain high efficiency over a wide
range of output current. They operate from a supply
voltage as low as 2V and feature automatic shifting
between Burst Mode operation at light load, and current
mode operation at heavy load.
The internal low loss NPN power switch can handle
current in excess of 2A and switch at frequencies up to
400kHz. Quiescent current is just 200?A and can be
further reduced to 15?A in shutdown.
LT1356CN
The LT1355/LT1356 are members of a family of fast, high
performance amplifiers using this unique topology and
employing Linear Technology Corporation?s advanced
bipolar complementary processing. Bandwidths
of 25MHz, 50MHz, and 70MHz are available with 2mA,
4mA, and 6mA of supply current per amplifier. Singles,
duals, and quads of each amplifier are available.
LT1376CS8-5
The LT ?
1375/LT1376 are 500kHz monolithic buck mode
switching regulators. A 1.5A switch is included on the die
along with all the necessary oscillator, control and logic
circuitry. High switching frequency allows a considerable
reduction in the size of external components. The topology
is current mode for fast transient response and good loop
stability. Both fixed output voltage and adjustable parts are
available.
LT1431IS8
The LT?1431 is an adjustable shunt voltage regulator
with 100mA sink capability, 0.4% initial reference voltage
tolerance and 0.3% typical temperature stability. On-chip
divider resistors allow the LT1431 to be configured as a
5V shunt regulator, with 1% initial voltage tolerance and
requiring no additional external components. By adding
two external resistors, the output voltage may be set to
any value between 2.5V and 36V. The nominal internal
current limit of 100mA may be decreased by including
one external resistor.
A simplified 3-pin version, the LT1431CZ/LT1431IZ, is
available for applications as an adjustable reference and
is pin compatible with the TL431.
LT1490CN8
The dual LT?
1490 and quad LT1491 op amps operate on all
single and split supplies with a total voltage of 2V to 44V
drawing only 40?A of quiescent current per amplifier. These
amplifiers are reverse supply protected; they draw no current
for reverse supply up to 18V. The input range of the LT1490/
LT1491 includes both supplies and the output swings to both
supplies. Unlike most micropower op amps, the LT1490/
LT1491 can drive heavy loads; their rail-to-rail outputs drive
20mA. The LT1490/LT1491 are unity-gain stable and drive all
capacitive loads up to 10,000pF when optional 0.22?F and
150? compensation is used.
LT1490CS8
The LT1490/LT1491 have a unique input stage that operates and remains high impedance when above the positive
supply. The inputs take 44V both differential and common
mode even when operating on a 3V supply. Built-in resistors protect the inputs for faults below the negative supply
up to 22V. There is no phase reversal of the output for inputs
22V below V? or 44V above V?, independent of V .
The LT1490 dual op amp is available in the 8-pin MSOP,
SO and PDIP packages. The quad LT1491 is available in
the 14-pin SO and PDIP packages.
