LM119H
LM119J
The LM119 series are precision high-speed dual
comparators fabricated on a single monolithic chip.
They are designed to operate over a wide range of
supply voltages down to a single 5-V logic supply and
ground. They have higher gain and lower input
currents than devices such as the LM710. The
uncommitted collector of the output stage makes the
LM119 compatible with RTL, DTL, and TTL, as well
as capable of driving lamps and relays at currents of
up to 25 mA.
The LM319A offers improved precision over the
standard LM319, with tighter tolerances on offset
voltage, offset current, and voltage gain.
LM120H-5.0P+
The LM120 series are three-terminal negative
regulators with a fixed output voltage of ?5V, ?12V, Table 1. LM120 Series Packages and Power and ?15V, and up to 1.5A load current capability. Capability Where other voltages are required, the LM137 and
LM137HV series provide an output voltage range of Device Package Rated Power Design
?1.2V to ?47V. Dissipation Load
Current
The LM120 need only one external component?a LM120/LM320- TO-3 (NDS) 20W 1.5A
compensation capacitor at the output, making them N
easy to apply. Worst case specifications on output TO (NDT) 2W 0.5A
voltage deviation due to any combination of line, load LM320-N TO-220 (NDE) 15W 1.5A
or temperature variation assure satisfactory system
operation.
LM136AH-2.5
The LM136-2.5-N series is useful as a precision 2.5V
low voltage reference for digital voltmeters, power ? Wide Operating Current of 400 ?A to 10 mA supplies or op amp circuitry. The 2.5V make it
? 0.2? Dynamic Impedance convenient to obtain a stable reference from 5V logic
? ?1% Initial Tolerance Available supplies. Further, since the LM136-2.5-N operates as
a shunt regulator, it can be used as either a positive ? Specified Temperature Stability
or negative voltage reference.
? Easily Trimmed for Minimum Temperature Drift
The LM136-2.5-N is rated for operation over ?55?C to ? Fast Turn-On 125?C while the LM236-2.5-N is rated over a ?25?C
to 85?C temperature range. DESCRIPTION
The The LM336-2.5-N is rated for operation over a 0?C to LM136-2.5-N/LM236-2.5-N and LM336-2.5-N
70?C temperature range. See the connection integrated circuits are precision 2.5V shunt regulator
diagrams for available packages.

The LMx39-N series consists of four independent
1? Wide Supply Voltage Range
precision voltage comparators with an offset voltage
? LM139/139A Series 2 to 36 VDC or ?1 to ?18 VDC specification as low as 2 mV maximum for all four
? LM2901-N: 2 to 36 VDC or ?1 to ?18 VDC comparators. These comparators were designed
? LM3302-N: 2 to 28 V specifically to operate from a single power supply DC or ?1 to ?14 VDC
over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split
? Very Low Supply Current Drain (0.8 mA) ? power supplies is also possible and the low power Independent of Supply Voltage supply current drain is independent of the magnitude
? Low Input Biasing Current: 25 nA of the power supply voltage. These comparators also
? Low Input Offset Current: ?5 nA have a unique characteristic in that the input
common-mode voltage range includes ground, even ? Offset Voltage: ?3 mV though they are operated from a single power supply
? Input Common-Mode Voltage Range Includes voltage.
