INA128 Low Power Instrumentation Amplifier IC DIP-8
The INA128 is low-power, general purpose instrumentation amplifiers offering excellent accuracy. The versatile 3-op amp design and small size make these amplifiers ideal for a wide range of applications. Current-feedback input circuitry provides wide bandwidth even at high gain (200 kHz at G = 100). A single external resistor sets any gain from 1 to 10,000. The INA128 provides an industry-standard gain equation. The INA128 is available in 8-pin plastic DIP and SO-8 surface-mount packages, specified for the –40°C to 85°C temperature range. The INA128 is also available in a dual configuration, the INA2128.
INA114 Precision Instrumentation Amplifier IC DIP-8
The INA114 is a low cost, general purpose instrumentation amplifier offering excellent accuracy. Its versatile 3-op amp design and small size make it ideal for a wide range of applications. A single external resistor sets any gain from 1 to 10,000. Internal input protection can withstand up to ±40V without damage. The INA114 is laser trimmed for very low offset voltage (50µV), drift (0.25µV/°C) and high common-mode rejection (115dB at G = 1000). It operates with power supplies as low as ±2.25V, allowing use in battery operated and single 5V supply systems
INA118 Low Power Instrumentation Amplifier IC DIP-8
The INA118 is a low-power, general-purpose instrumentation amplifier offering excellent accuracy. The versatile, three op amp design and small size make this device an excellent choice for a wide range of applications. Current-feedback input circuitry provides wide bandwidth, even at high gain (70 kHz at G = 100). A single external resistor sets any gain from 1 to 10000. Internal input protection can withstand up to ±40 V without damage. The INA118 is laser-trimmed for low offset voltage (50 µV), drift (0.5 µV/°C), and high common-mode rejection (110 dB at G = 1000). The INA118 operates with power supplies as low as ±1.35 V, and quiescent current is only 350 µA, making this device an excellent choice for battery-operated systems.
LM339 Low Power Low Offset Voltage Quad Comparator IC DIP
The LM339 consists of four independent precision voltage comparators with an offset voltage specification as low as 2 mV max for all four comparators. These were designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible and the low power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage. These comparators also have a unique characteristic in that the input common-mode voltage range includes ground, even though operated from a single power supply voltage. Application areas include limit comparators, simple analog to digital converters; pulse, square wave and time delay generators; wide range VCO; MOS clock timers; multi vibrators and high voltage digital logic gates. When operated from both plus and minus power supplies, they will directly interface with MOS logic — where the low power drain of the LM339 is a distinct advantage over standard comparators.
AD623 Instrumentation Amplifier IC DIP-8
The AD623 is an integrated. or dual-supply instrumentation amplifier that delivers rail-to-rail output swing using supply voltages from 3 V to 12 V. The AD623 offers superior user flexibility by allowing single gain set resistor programming and by conforming to the 8-lead industry standard pin out configuration_ With no external resistor, the AD623 is configured for unity gain (G I), and with an external resistor, the AD623 can be programmed for gains of up to The superior accuracy of the AD623 is the result of increasing ac common -mode rejection ratio (CMRR) coincident with increasing gain; line noise harmonics are rejected due to constant CAIRR up to 200 Hz.
LF398 Sample and Hold Amplifier IC DIP-8
he LF398 devices are monolithic sample-and-hold circuits that use BI-FET technology to obtain ultrahigh DC accuracy with fast acquisition of signal and low droop rate. Operating as a unity-gain follower, DC gain accuracy is 0.002% typical and acquisition time is as low as 6 µs to 0.01%. A bipolar input stage is used to achieve low offset voltage and wide bandwidth. Input offset adjust is accomplished with a single pin and does not degrade input offset drift. The wide bandwidth allows the LF398 to be included inside the feedback loop of 1-MHz operational amplifiers without having stability problems. Input impedance of 1010 Ω allows high-source impedances to be used without degrading accuracy. P-channel junction FETs are combined with bipolar devices in the output amplifier to give droop rates as low as 5 mV/min with a 1-µF hold capacitor.
ICL7650S Super Chopper Stabilized Operational Amplifier IC DIP-14
The ICL7650S Super Chopper-Stabilized Amplifier offers exceptionally low input offset voltage and is extremely stable with respect to time and temperature. It is a direct replacement for the industry-standard ICL7650 offering improved input offset voltage, lower input offset voltage temperature coefficient, reduced input bias current, and wider common mode voltage range. All improvements are highlighted in bold italics in the Electrical Characteristics section. Critical parameters are guaranteed over the entire commercial temperature range. Intersil’s unique CMOS chopper-stabilized amplifier circuitry is user-transparent, virtually eliminating the traditional chopper amplifier problems of intermodulation effects, chopping spikes, and overrange lockup
MC3302 Quad Voltage Comparator IC DIP-14
